		Dr James MacAskill BSc, PhD, MBA, FRSA. Academic Advisor Dr MacAskill has over 20 years experience of academic research and tuition. He has helped develop and commercialise: University programmes English language programmes He established the Centre for Environment and Rural Affairs. He has worked across cultures including North America, Scandinavia, Old and New Europe Russia, Middle East and the Far East.
		Thady Barrett M.Hort (RHS) Landskills Academic Advisor Thady is a consultant to the horticulture industry, with particular interest in the ornamental plant sector. Previously a long serving senior lecturer at Writtle College, he was course tutor for RHS qualifications. Having wide ranging practical horticultural experience with specific interest in propagation techniques and plant production technologies, Thady became a member of the International Plant Propagators Society (IPPS). He was awarded the Rose Bowl Award in 2009 in recognition of his contribution to the society.
		Judith Hay BA (hons), TDLB, Graduate in Prince 2 Published author of over 20 educational books and national award winning manager of distance learning, she has worked in education for over 15 years. A specialist in psychology, Leadership and Management, and operational use of IT, her passion is for people to learn, really learn and not just hold a piece of paper. With 50% of University leavers not having jobs Judith would argue that the piece of paper isn't always worth as much as people think it is.
		*Daniel Hunt* *CA, CPA, BBus, Grad Dip Bus, Nat Cert adult education & training* Daniel Hunt is a highly qualified chartered accountant and business owner who is passionate about business, accounting and education. He has written many best-selling accounting and business related books. He now lectures part time and runs his own training and consulting company. Daniel has had significant experience in developing, reviewing and tutoring correspondence and online courses and has proven experience in teaching both at an undergraduate and postgraduate level .
		Rosemary M. Lehman (BA English; MA Media Critique; PhD Distance Education; Partner in eInterface Rosemary has more than 20 years’ experience in adult education/distance learning. She has authored articles, chapters, and six books. She teaches online and trains personnel in effective distance education. She keynotes and presents at national/international conferences and has won awards for leadership/distance education.
		John Benett Life member of VMA, teacher, mentor and educator. John is an experienced manager within the Event and Venue industry and has taught and written many courses on these subjects and related management topics. John has delivered courses in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Europe and the USA. Knowledge, strong contacts & connections are his major assets.
		Helen Gormley (BSc hons, MEd, MA (Ed), PGTC, MCIM), Member of Association of Coaching, Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer, International Coaching Federation and Fellow of the Institute for Learning and the Royal Society of Arts. Helen is an experienced manager, teacher, examiner, researcher, trainer, consultant and coach working in many areas including Psychology, Management and Training locally and nationally. Within her current portfolio she is delivering coaching to young people and also undertaking research nationally on its impact. With an education background Helen has an innate knowledge of how people learn at their best.
		Vicky Protopapadaki (MSc (Dist), BSc, Cert. Companion Animal Behaviour, Cert. Animal Use and Care) Vicky graduated with distinction from the MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour and Animal Welfare program at the University of Edinburgh. She has done research on feline behaviour at the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada and on primate behaviour at Edinburgh Zoo. Vicky also has a BSc in Business Administration and managerial experience.
		Eli Anderson (MA, Brunel), member of BPS, RGS, EMCC, fellow RSA) Eli is an experienced PCC life-coach, Intergenerational Practitioner (20 yrs), Youth Specialist Trainer & supervisor (25 yrs) & Storyteller (15 yrs). He is a published poet, children’s storybook writer and has delivered a range of creative writing and performance craft courses. He has interests in supporting intercultural mental health work.
		Alex Morgan (BSc Hons, MCIPD, PGCE, MAC) Alex is a Talent and Leadership Development expert, with a background both in HR and education. She has over 15 years experience of designing and delivering key employee and management training courses, and is a senior level coach. She is also qualified in Psychometric Assessment and NLP, and has had successful senior HR roles.
		Deanna Gough *BSc, MSc, PHd (pending)* Deanna has over 15 years combined business and scientific professional experience within the international domain owning and operating her own companies. Over the last 7 years she has concentrated on Corporate Development, building viable sustainable systems within Asia, Europe, America and Australia. Holding degrees in Biology, Plant Science, Micro and Molecular Science and Engineering, with Masters Degrees in Sustainable Development and Economics and currently completing a Doctorate of Science, Deanna is a highly experienced addition to our team
		Aaron Mills (MSc Plant Diversity, BSc (Hons) Biological Sciences) Aaron has 19 years experience of teaching horticultural science and biological science subjects. He has successfully taught a wide range of students, both in the classroom and using distance learning techniques. He is a regular contributor for distance learning science resources, and enjoys teaching biology to pre-university students.
		Kirsten McColl *BSC Hons Equine Sports Science, Dip. Horse Studies, Dip. Advanced Animal Behaviour, NPTC Cert Vet Meds, NPTC Cert Health & Safety in Equine Industry* Kirsten has had15 yrs experience within equine and animal industries, including rehabilitation, behavioural and stereotypical work. Having taught adults in various work environments Kirsten understands the support needed for online and distance courses. She also has experience with a very large range of domestic stock and exotic species and is currently Dep Head of Dept at Colchester Zoo.
		Tineke Bosma *MSc, BSc(Hons), Dip Coaching, RN, MAC, MEMCC* Tineke is an executive coach, trainer, consultant and facilitator with extensive experience in teambuilding, organisational development, management and leadership development. She is currently working with people in the public and sector to realise their potential and support them in change processes.
